On the Cusp of New Beginnings


It's the last day of 2013 and as we look out on 2014 I have many goals, but chief among them is to eat better and to exercise more. On January 6th along with a small group of friends we will start a program called A Year to Weight: Ending The Food Fight Once and For All. The program is broken into quarters of 90 days each, with the hope to shift and exchange bad habits for healthier ones as we go along. I'll post all things food and exercise along with anything I can find that may help with motivation. The aim is not perfection but a steady practice of healthier choices.
